A: No. We are an online store with no walk-in location. All our transactions are done online. If you still have questions after viewing the website we will be more than happy to assist.
Q: Are the devices fully functional?

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No. Please note that our products are not available outside South Africa.

Q: Are the phones original/ genuine?
A: Yes, all our devices are original, certified, refurbished (pre-owned).
Q: What is the delivery time frame?
A: Delivery typically takes 2 working days to major centres (Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban,
PE) and up to 4 working days to outlying areas.
Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Do you buy phones?
A: We support trade-ins through our trade-in partner Regener8. You can visit their trade in site here: Trade-in
Q: How do I know that you do not sell stolen phones?
A: We work directly with large corporates to source our devices. We also receive devices from our trade-in channel. We also check all the devices we resell against the local Transunion and international CheckMend blacklisting databases. This ensures that we do not bring any stolen devices into our facility.
Q: Do you sell brand new phones?
A: Not at the moment. We currently sell refurbished/ pre-owned devices.
Q: What is a refurbished device?
A: A refurbished device is a device that has been previously owned and is tested, repaired, and restored to a like-new condition. Our experts thoroughly test each device to ensure it is renewed to last.
Q: Do you always have the products displayed on the website?

Q: Are accessories included?
A: All Phone purchases include a generic USB charging cable & a Power adaptor. Please note that screen protectors and Phone covers are sold separately.
