We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return the product to us within 14 days and we will credit your account or refund you if that is your preference.

Here’s how to go about it:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your device, contact Unboxxed by email at support@unboxxed.co.za or by telephone at 011 027 9318 to log your return.
  2. Elect whether you would like a refund or if you would like an identical (subject to availability) replacement Product.
  3. We will arrange the collection of the product from you, free of charge. 

 Before shipping your product, please be sure to follow these important steps:

  1. Backup or save your data
  2. Place your order details (name, address, order number) inside the return package
  3. Pack your item with care. The courier will be entitled to refuse the collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
  4. NB: Please remember to RETURN ALL ACCESSORIES included with the original product. We will be unable to process the return unless all accessories are returned.

What will happen once we have received the product

We will inspect your device and once we have validated your return, we will credit your account with the product’s purchase price within 14 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

All products must be returned with all accessories they were delivered with, including all cables, batteries, and other accessories. If you return a product to us but fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse a return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse Unboxxed for the cost of having the product returned to you.

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and in line with our condition guide.

Please remember that the 14-day return policy will not apply to the following:

  • Damage to the product by use of non-Unboxxed parts
  • Damage to the product by accident, abuse, or misuse (outside of its intended or permitted uses)
  • Damage to the product by spillage of food or liquid
  • Damage to the product by other external causes, including fire, an act of God or the State, flooding, or lightning
  • Damage to the product by load shedding, improper voltage, or power supply
  • Repairs that are done without the approval of a representative of the seller
  • Cosmetic damage to the products after delivery
  • Defects or parts requiring replacement due to fair wear and tear

Any product returned without a valid 14 Day Return claim may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment) capped to 5% of the price of the Product, or kept for sixty (60) days and then disposed of in the sole discretion of Unboxxed with no further liability or obligation to you.

If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free. If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let us know within 3 business days so that they can contact the shipping carrier before the carrier’s cut-off period.
